He has worked in the Information Technology field for 14 years and has been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for 7 years. He has experience in all Windows Operating systems and can provide hardware and software support for any Windows based system. He has experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting both desktop computers and Windows based Servers. He can provide support to all peripherals attached to the computer including printers, scanners, and digital cameras. He is also well versed in installing and supporting Local Area Networks and Wireless Networks.

Andy has prior experience supporting a campus-type environment with multiple buildings over a Wide Area Network. There were 1000 plus users in a Windows based environment and Andy was responsible for the day to day maintenance on all software applications, peripherals, and hardware for the whole campus. He has also administered a group of email servers in a Wide Area Network environment for 7000 plus users using Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook.

Andy also has experience managing a team of technical people for a network Services Department at a prior company. He has great communication skills and is able to make sure that the customer and solution provider are both on the same page with the needs of the customer. He also has experience providing technical support to a sales team to make sure that customer's needs and expectations are met.
